How to Use the PikoBuy Spreadsheet
This guide follows PikoBuy's official buying flow: select products, search products, submit and pay, warehouse inspection, pay shipping, and wait for the parcel. The spreadsheet fits before and during the first steps by helping buyers find cleaner source links and prepare order details faster.
Select products
Start from the PikoBuy spreadsheet to identify a product worth checking. Confirm the category, title, style, color, size, seller clues, and original source page before moving into PikoBuy. The spreadsheet is useful here because it narrows the search before the official PikoBuy ordering process begins.
Search products on PikoBuy
PikoBuy's guide says buyers can paste the product link or keywords into the search box. After the product loads, review the displayed information and options carefully. If the product cannot be found automatically, treat the spreadsheet row as a starting point and verify the source page before submitting a request.
Submit and pay
Choose the needed color, size, quantity, and any order notes, then submit the order and complete payment. PikoBuy's guide notes that the purchase may depend on actual stock and actual seller pricing, so buyers should watch for order adjustments or refunds if the item is unavailable or the price changes.
Warehouse inspection
After the item reaches the warehouse, PikoBuy checks it in, inspects the item, takes photos, and looks for defects. This is the key QC stage. Review photos for color, sizing, labels, stitching, soles, hardware, packaging, accessories, stains, and visible mismatch before approving the item for parcel submission.
Pay shipping
After QC review, select a logistics route, submit the parcel, and pay international shipping. Compare route cost, delivery time, size limits, and billing method before choosing. The spreadsheet helps indirectly because product type, boxes, materials, and quantity can affect parcel weight and final shipping cost.
Wait for parcel
Once the parcel is dispatched, follow tracking updates until delivery. At this stage, most important buyer decisions have already happened: source-page verification, order option selection, warehouse QC review, and shipping route choice.
